  • Breathwork

    Breath first everything else, second.

    In order for the mind and body to move and function optimally, the breath must be moving first.

    This is why breathwork is a pillar of my method.

    On a more scientific basis, your breath regulates Oxygen (O2) & Carbon Dioxide (CO2), which are alkaline and acidic respectively. This balancing/regulating of O2 & CO2 results in a seemingly infinite cascade of events in the body.

    What I am most interested in is how it creates shifts in energy and body/mind awareness β€” and that is what we will mainly focus on in our coaching together.

    On a more esoteric point of view, the Toaist philosophy lends a connection between the balancing of O2 & CO2 and they are paralleled in the Ying/Yang expressions (Fire/Water). It is through the breath where we as humans come into balance, regulate (up/down), and are able to shift our states to suit our goals and desired states of being in life.

    A relationship with your breath is THE best investment you can make to improve yourself, your body, and life.

  • Movement/Somatics

    Humans are made to move.

    On a purely evolutionary stand-point, movement is correlated to higher brain function, and has been adapted to allow for more diverse accusation of the resources necessary to live and thrive.

    Humans in the modern context far beyond living for survival β€” our daily life is not solely focused on meeting survival needs anymore. With the pressure of moving for purely survival released, moving for pleasure and higher states of consciousness emerges.

    Since the body and mind are not separate, when you move your body, you will affect your thoughts (and inevitably emotions) in some way. This connection opens the opportunity for self-discovery and embodiment, and that is the focus of the pillar of Movement in my method.

    I use movement as a tool to harvest deep rooted narratives, thought patterns, and even emotions so that you can see and feel these aspects which may or may not be serving you. With a deeper awareness gained through my guidance, reframing yourself and your experience from a body-informed approach is possible.

    The byproduct is you’ll become a much more confident, fluid, and capable mover, while also feeling more peace, happiness, joy, and power in your physical expression and exercise.

  • Energy Work

    The ever elusive word β€œenergy” is actually a very simple concept and you will experience it once you allow yourself to be open to it.

    I promise it is that simple. When you feel sensations in your body β€” heat, cold, tingling sensations, a tightness, a looseness, a high feeling, a low feeling β€” that is energy moving.

    Energy is in motion. Your e-motions are simply energy in motion.

    The more you open yourself up to that concept and that way of experiencing yourself, the more energy you’ll feel and the more acquainted you’ll become to moving/creating/harnessing energy to be used however you so wish.

    I use energy work as a pillar in my method as another means of self-actualization, cultivation, and mastery.

    When you learn to tune into your energetic state, and have the tools to shift the state up or down, you become profoundly resilient and adaptable to the often harsh and chaotic external world.

    Energy work is a practice of attuning yourself, and then moving and/or breathing with awareness to move the energy in a way that brings you into your desired state, and that is what I will teach you.

My method and modality has emerged from a desire to bring to the world a way of living holistically that I have net yet found.

All of the modalities I teach hold merit and deep value on their own, but in my personal experience and with my client I have found that combining them creates a more potent path to healing.

These practices are synergistic and will lay the path to a rich, rewarding process of embodiment, taking you on a journey to your highest potential and most enriching life.

My approach to healing, self-cultivation, and self-mastery is different from what is most commonly available due to my generalist approach to this work.

Meaning, I do not see a specific path as the way, all paths are the way, and all of these modalities are different paths to walk with their own inherent value.

Additionally, I have an innate ability to create a safe container where you get to work on yourself through my clear reflection.

  • MIND

    You are the master and guru of your mind and through my coaching I aim to give you the opportunity to live into that experience.

    It all begins with your perspective, which is rooted in the mind*

  • BODY

    It's not enough to think about yourself in a new way, you must move and live into your bodily experience in a new way if you wish for true, meaningful, and lasting change to occur.

    Movement exploration with somatic guidance will be the main tools used to bring in the therapeutic aspect of the body.

    By using the body as a doorway to the more subtle bodies β€” mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual β€” you will establish a whole new relationship with your body. Giving birth to the experience of all your bodies, so as to understand that you are more than a meat suit appealing to a cultural aesthetic.

    Through my coaching, you will be given an opportunity to experience your body as the divine mechanism that it truly is.

  • SEX

    For thousands of years humans have been shamed and disconnected from our true sexual nature, which is one of our most powerful and blissful access points to energy, inspiration, motivation, and creativity.

    The pillar of Sex in my coaching lives within the wide and vast context of sexual energy β€” expanding the definition of sex outside of solely sexual intercourse and orgasm.

    When I speak to sexual energy, I am speaking to the most primordial energy that is in every human. I am talking about creative energy and your ability to tap into creating! When you tap into this energy, cultivate it, and develop a relationship to it without shame, the bounty of otherworldly benefits become accessible to you.

    Such benefits include body confidence, body sovereignty, an internal sense of control and agency, deeper understanding of your own pleasure and desires/boundaries, and the releasing of shame and guilt associated to your authentic sexual expression and desires.

    Imagine living a life where you felt free to express yourself sexual as you desire without fear, shame, doubt, or guilt.

    I know it is possible as it's a process I have put myself through, and continue to work on within myself.

    We are all sexual beings and it's our birthright to feel sexual without shame. When shame is released and your relatinship to sexual energy evolves beyond current cultural paradigms, your ability to tap into pleasure, joy, and satisfaction on the daily becomes easily accesible.

    I believe that embracing sexual energy is necessary for a truly holistic nd fulfilling life. It's a part of who we are as humans, and it cannot be ignored if you wish to access higher states of being in your life.
